RH - 7095 appliance couplers heat test device
Product introduction
Based on GB17465.1 / IEC60320-1 and figure 13 requirements, used for assessment of heat or heat appliance coupler under the conditions of heat resistant performance.
Parameter requirements
1. The control box and heating device:
A. working power supply: single-phase AC 220 v, 50 hz or 60 hz, 10 a.
B. the thermostat: 0 ~ 200 ℃;
C. measurement error: 0.5% F.S plus or minus 1 dig;
D. control accuracy: + / - 1 ℃;
The timer:0～99h59m
(2) Is used to test the resistance to high temperature input socket (white) fixture lid:
A. Fixture for the production of high temperature resistant material;
B. High temperature fixture satisfies the requirement of figure 13 dimension;
C. Installing on the high-temperature fixture test input socket, a total of 3 sets of:
C16-10 - a dark outfit type 1 set of input socket;
C16A - 10 - a dark outfit type 1 set of input socket;
C22-16 a surface mounted type 1 set of input socket;
3. The thermocouple: 1.0 mm - 30 K type armoured thermocouple * 2 PCS
