RH-1002G Automatic Winding & Twisting Tie Machine
Applies to plug & plug with connector（cord sets）of AC power cable winding of wire and twisting tie. The machine by PLC control, color screen display, adjustable tie length, winding speed, the number of winding of coil and rows of coil and twisting of coil, counting and other parameters. Simply place the cables (wires) on the winding reel, step on foot switch the machine quickly and automatically complete the process of winding and twisting tie. Stable speed 1100~1700/hours (depending on product type and proficiency) reached the incredible speed.
