RH - 007 compression test device (also known as hot extrusion test unit) is based on BS 1363 - I article 22, article 25, VDE, IEC 60884-1 0620-1 article 24, article 25, IEC 60320-1 GB 17465.1 1 article 24, GB2099.1 article 25, BS 1363-1, 2 section 22 and other relevant standards and design. Used for plug and electrical accessories of different types and parts of heat extrusion experiment with plastic heat resistant performance appraisal.
Parameter requirements:
1. The test device for the manual type: by mobile briquetting and fixed block, four guide and base plate (note: all stainless steel). Press block has a radius of 25 mm cylindrical surface, width of 15 mm, 50 mm in length, the edges and round radius of 2.5 mm.
2. Move the briquetting weight 20 n.
3. The environment temperature: - 40 ~ 150 ℃
4. Environmental humidity: 85% or less
