Rh-4022 air elastic aging tester
This instrument is suitable for the aging test of wire and cable, rubber (plastic, artificial leather) insulation layer and sheath, and other polymer materials in the medium of oxygen and compressed air under the action of specified pressure and temperature.
The instrument meets GB/ t2951.12-2008, GB/ t5013.4-2008 national standard and JB/ t8735-1998 standard in both structure and performance, and also meets German VDE standard and home appliance gb4706.1-2005 standard.

Main configuration:

Overpressure automatic protection device: the instrument is out of control, and the safety pressure will be released automatically.

Temperature control instrument: ai-518egl2 with overtemperature alarm power off module, with PID regulation, temperature calibration function of artificial intelligence regulator.
Sensor: wzp-187a class Pt100 platinum resistance is adopted. The protection tube is made of stainless steel 340L temperature sensing head, 10% platinum alloy for positive pole and pure platinum for negative pole. Its characteristic is: the performance is stable, the uniformity and the linearity is good, has the shield layer wire connection, the corresponding speed is fast.
