Compliance: the test meets the standards of gb2099.1-2008 article 30.1, iec6088884 -1:2006 article 30.1, gb2951-2008, gb5013/5023-2008, etc.
Scope of application: it is suitable for pin insulator with a thickness of 0.7mm plus or minus 0.01mm in a certain environment
Test method:
1. The device in high temperature test box, and control experiment box at 200 + 2 ℃ temperature for a period of time, keep the device and test chamber temperature balance;
2. Fix the sample on the experimental device;
3. After 2h, quickly take out the sample and put it into cold water within 10s to cool it to room temperature;
4. Use micrometer or optical measuring instrument to measure the indentation value on the sample and compare it with the data before the test.
Judgment reference: the thickness of indentation on end insulation sheath should not be less than 50% of that before test.
