RH-6033B UL 94 Horizontal And Vertical Flammability (Flame) Chamber
for testing and evaluation of combustion characteristics of plastic materials, according to UL 94-2013 standard "Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances" and international standard of the terms in design and manufacture, is tests for flammability of plastic materials for parts in devices and appliances, also be used for other materials flammability test.

Standards compliance: Accordance with UL94-2013 the new edition of design requirements,not only to meet the UL 94-2010 edition and later with no need of modifying the tester also save you a lot of cost.
1. Horizontal Burning Test; UL 94HB. --- ASTM D 635, IEC 60695-11-10 (replaces ISO 1210) & GB/T 5169.16.
2. Vertical Burning Test: UL 94 V-0, V-1 or V-2. --- ASTM D 3801, IEC 60695-11-10 (replaces ISO 1210) & GB/T 5169-16, IEC 60707(partial).
3. 500 W (125mm) Vertical Burning Test: 5VA or 5VB. --- ASTM D 5048, IEC 60695-11-20 (replaces ISO 10351) & GB/T 5169-17, IEC 60707, ISO 9772.
4. Thin Material Vertical Burning Test: VTM-0, VTM-1 or VTM-2. --- ASTM D 4804, ISO 9773.
5. Horizontal Burning Foamed Material Test: HF- 1, HF-2 or HBF. ---ASTM D 4986, ISO 9772.3.
6. Burners: ASTM D 5025, ASTM D 5207, ISO 10093, etc.
High-precision flowmeter(Optional): Choose the world famous brand of Float Flowmeter (from Matheson Tri-Gas) or LCD Mass Flowmeter (from Alicat) can meet ASTM D 3195 standard, the accuracy and stability is much higher than other company with type tester. Recommend matching the LCD mass flowmeter, with the parameter adjustment and readability convenient, accurate to better than 2% (standard for the ± 2%) and repeatability less than ± 0.2% of the advantages.
High sealing (Optional): This cable flame test chamber specially design and using special high sealing material processing, it can through the smoke bomb test, the testing will not be affected and tester to completely avoid the toxicity of the flue gas, in the present many company can not meet this level requirements.
Adequate space: The reference UL LAB for many years of testing experience and senior engineer suggested that the burning space of more than 1m3 (Standard the 0.5m3 above ) to make burning result more accurate .

3. Burning Frame
a. Chamber for the sealing of high anti-corrosion spray aluminum alloy frame and SUB304 stainless steel plate, spraying high anticorrosive paint, after high seal processing test no air circulation.
b. The chamber front door has transparent toughened glass door window convenient for observation tests.
c. Operations face plate on the right side of the door, convenient observation test.
d. Size: About L 1400 X W 860 X H 1600 mm,Internal volume≥0.8 m3.

4. Control system
a. Test control: handheld control (UL LAB recommended to use manual mode);
b. Continued timing control: using a handheld remote control to start and stop control to reduce manual errors.
5. Temperature measurement system
a. Extension Thermocouple wire: K-type, Φ0.5 mm stainless steel tube coat, L 500 mm, long time the highest working temperature of 1000 ℃ above.
b. Copper Slug for Thermal Sensor: High conductivity (electrolytic) of 10.0 ± 0.05g for 125 mm(500W) flame calibration and 1.76g± 0.01 for 20 mm (50W) flame calibration, meet the ASTM D 5207 standard.
c. Thermometer: FLUKE digital thermometer can accurately measure the temperature of the flame.
6. Test support
a. Made of SUS 316 stainless steel horizontal and vertical burning bracket, accord with UL 94 standard requirements.
b. Tirrill burner, Model H-5025:

7. Burning & gas control system
a. Gas: 99% purity of methane (standard of 98% purity).
b. Include: Flowmeter, Pressure Reducing Valve, and U-shaped Pressure Gauge.
c. Flame calibration: Copper slug for thermal sensor placed in the burner above the 10 mm of temperature increased from 100 ± 2℃ to 700 ± 3℃ time in 54 ± 2 sec for 125mm (500W); from 100 ± 2℃ to 700 ± 3℃ time in 44 ± 2 sec for 20mm (50W)
d. Flowmeter: According to ASTM D 3195 standard calibration, with a precision for at least 2% of the flowmeter, the measuring range of flowmeter(with standard for rotameter):
For 125mm (500W) Mar.1000ml/min(standard for 965ml/min),optional;
For 20mm (500W) Mar.200ml/min(standard for 105ml/min);
e. Calibrated flowmeter manufacturers: Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. or Alicat Scientific, Inc. (optional mass flow meter).
f. U-shaped pressure Gauge: the maximum range for 600 mm water column, with increments of 2 mm.
g. Time setting: 0~99M 99S,accuracy ≤ 0.1S.
8. Smoke exhaust system
a. Low noise industrial exhaust fan exhaust rapidly, the tester will not contact to the gas is harmless to the body.
b.The automatic control flue check valve, exhaust fan with automatic switching, the designed in full compliance with standards.
